Pocket Performance is now live on Google Play with 100–200 acceleration testing built into the app. Test higher-speed pull performance from your Android phone, save the result, capture proof where supported, and chase public leaderboard spots.

100–200 is built for drivers who want to measure higher-speed acceleration once the car is already moving. Instead of treating the result as a standing-start launch run, Pocket Performance measures the window between the calibrated 100 crossing and the calibrated 200 crossing.

That makes 100–200 useful for comparing pull strength higher up the speed range, where power delivery, gearing, boost response, traction, shift speed, and driver commitment all start to matter in a different way.

Pocket Performance keeps the feature inside the same wider system as the rest of the app: vehicle calibration, telemetry, saved run history, proof videos where supported, challenge runs, and public leaderboard competition.

What is a 100–200 acceleration test?

A 100–200 acceleration test measures how quickly a car accelerates from 100 to 200. It is often used by performance drivers as a higher-speed pull number rather than a launch number.

In Pocket Performance, the timer starts when calibrated speed crosses 100 and stops when calibrated speed crosses 200. The driver does not need to hold steady at 100 before the event begins.

100–200 mph, 100–200 kph and 100–200 km/h searches

Drivers search for this type of run in different ways, including 100–200 mph, 100–200 kph, 100–200 km/h, 100-200 acceleration test, and 100-200 pull test.

Pocket Performance treats 100–200 as a dedicated in-motion acceleration event. The exact unit and display should follow the way the event is shown inside the app, while the measured idea stays the same: crossing 100, crossing 200, and timing the pull between those two points.

Not a standing-start launch run

100–200 should not be confused with 0–62, 0–100, quarter mile, or other launch-based performance tests. It is not a traffic-light start event, and it should not be mixed with false-start wording.

The car can already be moving before the measured window begins. The important part is the calibrated speed crossing from 100 to 200.

Calibrated speed crossing

Pocket Performance uses calibrated speed crossing points for 100–200. The timer begins when calibrated speed crosses 100 and ends when calibrated speed crosses 200.

Pocket Performance supports 100–200 public board competition across drivetrain and transmission splits, so drivers can chase results against cars in a more relevant class.

The 100–200 leaderboard boards are split across FWD, RWD, and 4WD, with separate Manual and Auto boards. That gives drivers six 100–200 targets to chase:

FWD Manual, FWD Auto, RWD Manual, RWD Auto, 4WD Manual, and 4WD Auto.

Challenge 100–200 results

Once a qualifying 100–200 result is on the board, it can become a target for other drivers to chase. That gives the event the same rivalry-driven feel as the rest of Pocket Performance’s public leaderboard system.

A driver can see the number, load the matching event, and go after that board position inside the app.

Confidence still matters

100–200 testing still needs a clean run and a solid phone setup. Pocket Performance’s confidence checks help give context to a result before it is treated as a serious public board entry.

Low Confidence or Invalid runs should not be treated as public proof runs for leaderboard, challenge, champion, or brag-card use. Verified qualifying 100–200 runs can enter public competition when they meet the rules.

The app is focused on what it is genuinely built to do: phone-only car performance testing with calibration, telemetry, proof videos, saved results, challenge runs, and public leaderboard competition.

Pocket Performance is intended for safe, lawful, and responsible use. 100–200 testing should only be carried out in appropriate places such as private land, race tracks, test facilities, or other lawful controlled environments where use is permitted.
