How to request deletion

To request account deletion and/or data deletion, email: PocketPerformance@gmail.com

State that you want the shared account used by Pocket Performance Lite and Pocket Performance deleted.

How this works in the app

In the Pocket Performance app, the Request Deletion option opens an email draft to PocketPerformance@gmail.com with a prefilled deletion request so the process can be started directly from the app.

What to include in your request

To help process your request safely, include enough information for Pocket Performance to identify your account, such as your Racer ID, username, registered email address, or other identifying account details.

What may be deleted

Depending on the request and account status, Pocket Performance may remove account records, public leaderboard entries, related public proof videos, and other associated data, subject to any necessary legal, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, or security retention.

What about local app data?

Some results, history, videos, Brag Cards or settings may exist only on your phone. Remove local-only files and app data from each device separately where required.

Public leaderboard and media removal

If your account or data deletion request affects public leaderboard content, some public leaderboard records and proof videos may also be removed unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud, or abuse-prevention reasons.
